I’m not sure how I would have navigated my father’s passing without the direction of the most wonderful person. Her name is Jaye MacPherson @Bunkers Hill in Las Vegas. It was so obvious that she cared from our first conversation which was to see if my dad had arrived at Bunkers. She directed me on who to contact at the corners office. When the corner couldn’t positively identify dad, Jaye advised me to let them know if he had any tattoos. He did and he was identified and then delivered to Bunkers. Jaye took charge and my dad, a Navy veteran, finally made it to his final destination to the VA cemetery in Dixon, California.
My dad selected Bunkers after the wonderful job they did with my stepmother‘s remains. At long last, they can be together forever. Because my dad passed without a will, and we live out of the area, Jaye Mac Pherson was able to recommend a local attorney, who could start the probate process for us. The Attorney has been in the area for years, is honest and wouldn’t be taking advantage of the family and our needs. He’s been very attentive and we appreciated the referral.
I would recommend Bunkers and Jaye MacPherson without a moments hesitation. Thank you so much for your services. It’s so obvious that you all care!

I worked with Martha at Bunkers Eden Vale who helped me with my father's niche. She always got back to me ASAP when I had questions and was there with me for his urn placement. She even helped me fold the Flag I wanted to put in his niche (actually, she folded it for me!) Thank you to everyone at Bunkers Eden Vale and especially to Martha. God Bless all of you. Ray R

I would like to send special thanks to Russell Donaldson and the entire staff at Bunker’s Mortuary (925 Las Vegas Blvd) for the great care they took with handling my sister Cheryl Killian's final journey here on earth. Russell was amazing, he took care of everything. He set up the tribute before we left, he handled all of the paperwork so we didn’t have to worry about it. He made us feel like he was a part of our family. The service was handled with care right down to the live stream. You can tell that they really cared in the way everything was handled. On behalf of my entire family, I would like to extend our thanks to Lennette Smith, Funeral Director of Bunkers (925 Las Vegas Blvd. North Las Vegas, NV), and the rest of her staff for arranging our mother's final journey home. Lennette was there to make sure that all details were addressed during the service. She made us all relieved because we were well taken cared of during the whole memorial process. The live streaming was also very helpful to our family and friends who were distant as they were able to join us and witnessed my mom's final journey. We definitely made the right choice having Bunkers as the memorial service for our mom.

Lennette Smith at Bunker’s made my mother in law’s funeral and burial services seamless. Lennette spoke to our family with such poise. Lennette set a good pace of getting paperwork turned in and my mom’s sympathy page was posted immediately following our meeting. Lennette is a calm patient director and she knows the ends and out of funeral directing. The care and preparation of my mom was flawless, and we felt so comforted to know that Lennette was assisting this matter as if she were taking care of one of her own family members. Due to unforeseen circumstances with my mom’s regular Pastor; Lennette tempered down our anxiety by recommending Pastor Whittier who gave a fabulous homegoing send off. Things would have not gone so smoothly without the help of Lennette and the Bunker staff. Lennette is a GOD send and is truly an asset to Bunker’s mortuary and any family fortunate to work with Lennette. Thank you Lennette for all your hard work and sincere posture throughout this difficult process. May GOD continue to bless you as you assist future families through this difficult process.

I wish to thank Alicia Carnevale for the excellent service she provided last week for my father's funeral.

At first I had doubts about the cemetery. Alicia very professionally and patiently explained me some of the site options and the pros and cons. When I returned a week later with a special request to bury my father in a section that was believed to have no more spaces available, she tried very hard to look for one more available spot and she found one.

Alicia is a pleasure to work with and was a real practical and emotional support to me and my son at my father's burial last week.

I wish to thank Alicia Carnevale for her compassionate concern in finding the grave and headstone of my young nephew who was buried at Bunkers Memory Gardens in 1991. With few family members remaining, there have been no visits to his grave site for many years. With Alicia's help, the headstone was unearthed by the grounds crew; after which she sent me a photo. She has now directed that the headstone be raised and the ground leveled. In addition, Alicia has referred me to a local headstone cleaning service as I live out of state. I am grateful for Alicia's help to restore my nephew's grave site to the dignity which it deserves.

I doubt very seriously that they will put this on their website, I have multiple family members buried at memory gardens on Lone Mountain . I am disgusted beyond disgusted of how they maintain memory Gardens. In 2017 I buried my husband out there, for months on end I had to go and keep asking them to please put the sod down, he was buried in August which gave them plenty of time to have sod put down. It was argument after argument please, please put some sod down, put some water on there, finally my niece got so disgusted with them she called channel 13 the next day or couple days later they had sod down. On April 1 this year I buried my son out there and here we go again no sod put in place. Now they have a problem with the sprinkler system and they tell me they only have two ground keepers. It is always one excuse after another . The place is a disgusting mess there’s no sod on any of the recent graves out there. It is incredibly sad when you go out there to visit your love ones grave and it is just dirt in place over them. I just wonder how they would feel if they were in our place . This cannot continue, there must be something or some kind of representative that can make this problem fixable.

I would like to thank all the staff at Bunkers for their extreme professionalism and customer service in the care of my wife.
Mrs. Lennette Smith is the epitome of compassion. She attended to all our needs with the upmost class and respect. You cannot deal with Lennette and not love her.

I just want to give Mrs. Lennette Harris- Smith and her staff their flowers now. We had a memorial service for my father in law at their facilities on Saturday, and I can honestly say that the quality of customer service and professionalism was amazing. Their attention to detail was superb, their attentiveness to the family was amazing. They made what was a very difficult situation easier to bare. Thank you Mrs. Smith, Rodney, Kenneth and the entire Bunkers staff and facility for sending our love one of with class and dignity. We will definitely recommend your company to all of our friends and family in the Las Vegas area when your services is needed.

I am sure my fathers visits are going to be more pleasant now, He'll be there this afternoon to pick up the cross and the stone. He is aware the cross fits in the vase.

My experience was made easy and pleasant thanks to Jorge. I highly recommend Bunker's. Jorge went above and beyond to answer all my questions. And thanks to Jorge, everything went smoothly.

I contacted them to discuss a single plot that was purchased by my mother-in-law in 1985 for my husband before we married. I came across the paperwork and contacted the park to discuss selling the plot. I spoke with Stephanie and she could not have been more helpful. She was able to quickly locate the appropriate documents and sent me an email with a copy of the contract, instructions on selling the plot along with a detailed map of where the plot is located. Stephanie was extremely efficient and cooperative to help solve a problem that I thought would be a tough one to solve. Thanks Stephanie!!!
