Howard Quincy Brown

Howard Quincy Brown was born to the late Moses Q. and Minnie

Royal Brown

in Eudora Arkansas on December 7,1953. Howard was the youngest child

to 4 children born to this union.  At the age of 12, Howard’s parents pull up stakes and made Las Vegas, Nevada their permanent home.

In 1972, Howard became a graduate of Valley High, where he received a scholarship to UNLV to further his education.  

As an adult, Howard was employed with the Nevada Test Site

for several years.

Howard accepted Christ into his heart as an early age.  As an adult, he placed his membership New Jerusalem MBC under the leadership of Reverend F. N. Addison.

Howard’s passion was painting. He was a talented artist.  Howard would

pour out his feelings onto canvas, producing the most beautiful paintings.

He had such an infectious laugh. His laugh would brighten up your day

despite how you may have felt at that moment.  

In Loving Memory

Proceeded Howard in death: A Father Moses Brown; Mother, Minnie Brown; Oldest Sister, Genobia Dixon; Brother, Fred Brown; Brother-in-Law, Ruel Rawls; Niece, Madeline Jeanette Malik and nephew, Ronald Stewart.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories; The Love of His Life, Fay Hauser; Daughter, Crystal and Son, Quincy; Two Sisters, Barbara Stewart of Las Vegas; Gloria White (Robert) of Las Vegas and a Brother -in-Law W. C Dixon, Eudora Arkansas; Best Friend, Bobby.

He leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that will truly miss him.
